This contains names, contact numbers and addresses of any people (such as Guardian, Next of Kin, Account Payer) linked to student. Please remember PoPI act when using this report/data.
All relationships have an inverse relation with the student.
Select between the following: Account Payer, Aunt, Brother, Cousin, Daughter, Doctor, Employee, Employer, Father, Granddaughter, Grandfather, Grandmother, Grandson, Guardian, Husband, Kin, Member, Mother, Nephew, Next of Kin, Niece, Pastor, Patient, Sister, Son, Sponsee, Spouse, Uncle, Ward or Wife.
To find any people linked to a student, go to People, search for person, on the General tab, find People on the left sub tab.
To find the report:
Click on Reports from the Main Menu
Select Student Relationship Data
Add all students you want to view the transcript for by clicking on Search, and adding them to the list, click Next
