Sending a single user an activation link

You may have the need to send a single use an activation link because the staff member that you've created or you didn't have activation links automated during the application process for certain learner. 

Below is a guide on how to send an activation link for a single user. 


Step 1 - Search for the under People

Step 2 - Select View for the given user and their profile page will load


Step 3 - on the General > Dashboard, this loads by default, select send activation link

Once the link has been sent the Dashboard will update to reflect that the link has been sent and the option to Resend activation link will replace the Send activation link


N.B. once the user has logged in the option to
Resend activation link will be removed due to the user activation their account. Once this happens, they can manage their account access by resetting their password off the login page.
