The registration configurations status works for both qualifications and short courses.

The purpose of this feature is to allow the institution to check that deregistration are set up correctly forgiven intake or period that will allow for learners to be registered against courses.

Any errors detected will be highlighted in red. This could be that there aren't any open intakes available for registration or that there are no modules/not enough modules available for the registration.

So, to see working examples for this we will approach each individually starting with the qualification.

Qualification Registration Status

This can be accessed by selecting Qualifications > Registration Configuration Status

In this example we can see that for certain qualifications, the next application and registration periods have not been defined. We are also given the Module Group Scope Dates i.e. which groups will be available for registration as well as whether there are groups available for registration. Please note that this is done in the context of a qualification's curriculum and campus. This just serves as a visual guide to let you know if there are any areas which need to be dealt with before registration.

Short Course Registration Status

This can be accessed by selecting Short Courses > Registration Configuration Status

In this example we can see that two of the short courses don't have an open to gestation period set and five of the short courses don't have any groups available for registration. Please note that this is just a visual guide to allow you to go in and check your short course to fix any set up challenges.
