This field can be used for student’s whose names fall outside the parameters set by NLRD. It is recommended to use the student’s name as it appears on their ID document. If no name is captured, then the reports will draw from First Name and Surname.
The reports affected are:
Results Notification
Academic Transcript
Registration Confirmation (Detailed)
Registration Confirmation (Summary)
Please note Full Name for Reports/Certificates will override First Name & Surname if captured on the above reports.
Example for Academic Transcript:
The setting up of certificate templates allows a user to use the full name as well.
The full name field has been included in the following two reports:
Active Student Qualifications (by date range)
Students By Qualifications (Tags and Status)
