Step 1 - After selecting Add Section, Name the section Multiple Choice, you can add a section description and areas which will be focused on if you would prefer to add these

Once you select Save, you should be returned to your question paper which will now have a Multiple Choice section, in which you can add Questions.

Step 2 - Select Add Question, an Add New Question modal will display

Step 3 - Set Question type to Multiple Choice

Step 4 - Add the text for the question

Step 5 - Add the maximum mark attainable i.e. mark allocation and select Save

Your question will now display with further options for editing. Please note that by default a single editable answer is given and set as the correct answer, this can be edited.

Step 6 - to add another answer select the Add Answer button

An answer Modal will display, type in the answer and click save

Step 7 - Set which single answer you would like to be the correct one by clicking Set as Correct Answer, and make sure the incorrect ones do not have the Correct Answer tag

*N.B.* a multiple choice question should only have one correct answer (the student is only allowed to select a single option) unless the student could one of a few options where if they select any one of them, they then will get the entire question correct

You now have a complete Multiple Choice Question
