Learner Access to the Online Paper

When the learner enters their portal, in order to access the assessment, they would need to have the Assessments tab available and select it.
โ€‹
All assessment display here, per module/course. Assessments which are currently open and online will allow the learner to start the assessment, by selecting Start.

Viewing the Online Paper

The learner will then be presented with the online paper. The top section of the online paper has the name of the assessment, the assessment code, amount of time remaining to submit (this one doesn't have a Time Limit from the time you start) and the option to Save their progress or to Save and Submit the assessment with their answers.
โ€‹
The bottom of the paper has an option to Upload File and if a staff member has uploaded a file to the assessment, the student can download it here.

Confirming Submissions before submitting

Before the learner paper is submitted they have to confirm that they want to submit, this minimises submission accidents.

Message once the submission is successful

Once they have submitted the assessment, they will be presented with a message letting them know what happens next.
