What does this report do?
This report allows for the selection of Module/Course and Campus on which it is offered along with select the timeframe which overlaps with corresponding groups, to list the count of learners which are in the Modules during the selected period.
The data fields displayed are as follows:

Module
Module Code
Module Group
Module Group Code
Group Start Date
Group End Date
Student Count
Student Moved Count
Student Withdrawn Count
Max Number Of Students
Lecturer/s
Assessment Type
Assessment Weighting Total
Assessment Names (Weighting)
Institution Name
How does the report present the data?
The data is presented and can be searched on screen or downloaded as a Microsoft Excel file
(N.B. to view a larger image, right-click on the image and select Open image in New Tab)
Other configuration options:
If a campus and module is not selected for the given timeframe, then the system will display all modules and campus for the selected period. Please note that this will take a longer time to process as a lot of data is being queried with defaulting to all.
