In Student Manager, Qualification is basically a learning program.

A learner would be enrolled/registered into this programme and based on certain institution rules, would be deemed competent in all subject matter and at the end awarded with something to recognize that they have achieved the requirements of the programme and are then awarded the qualification.

Learning programmes have various governing bodies which they would fall under and according to various internal or external quality assurance policies, these would be accredited.
