Reordering crew on call sheets allows you to customize the layout and organize departments according to your production needs. For this example, we'll be moving the camera department in the pictures below.

Click the sidebar icon to open the call sheets sidebar.

Click Settings on your project sidebar.

From the drop-down menu click Edit next to Departments to open department settings.

Click & hold the department you'd like to reorder to pick it up. For this exercise, we'll be moving the camera department.

Drag the department into the position you want it to hold on your call sheet. A blank gray area will appear where you're relocating it.

Release the department to lock it into place, then exit the overlay.

Now, your call sheet departments will reflect your updated order.
