StudioBinder allows you to send finalized call sheets to your cast and crew directly from the platform. Once your call sheet is designed and the recipient details are reviewed, you can immediately distribute it to all needed team members.
Note: If you are subscribed to the Free plan, you will only be able to send a Call Sheet to yourself as a test. In order to send to other recipients, you will need to upgrade to at least the Starter plan.
Step 1 ⏤ Click next
Select Next in the top-right corner after reviewing of your call sheet design page.
Step 2 ⏤ Click next
Select Next again after confirming your call sheet recipients.
Step 3 ⏤ Send call sheet
Click Send Call Sheet in the top-right corner of the preview page.
Step 4 ⏤ Confirm sending
In the pop-up, click Send to [#] recipients to distribute the call sheet.
