How to create an advance schedule

Learn how to add an advance schedule to your call sheet

StudioBinder lets you prepare an advance schedule for the following day on your call sheet. This helps your talent and crew anticipate what's next. Follow these steps to learn how to create an advance call sheet.

Note: When you generate a call sheet from the stripboard, if your shooting schedule has day breaks, the updated schedule will be automatically incorporated.

Step 1 ⏤ Open the sidebar

Click the sidebar toggle to open the call sheet sidebar.

Step 2 ⏤ Reveal advanced schedule

Within the grid section, select the eye icon for Advance Schedule to display the Advanced Schedule feature on your call sheet. 

Step 3 ⏤ Add Advance Schedule

Scroll to the Advance Schedule section on your call sheet then click Add Advance Schedule to populate it.

Step 4 ⏤ Import schedule

Click Import Schedule to open the import pop-up menu.

Step 5 ⏤ Add schedule

Select the desired schedule and day for import, then click on Add Schedules to include them in your call sheet.

Step 6 ⏤ Review & confirm

Your advanced schedule will now appear as it does on your stripboard.
