Assigning teammates to your project in StudioBinder ensures seamless collaboration and better project management. For example, you can add your editor to a project to ensure they have all the necessary assets to begin post-production.

Note: Only team members who have been assigned Admin permission can assign team members to a project.

Step 1 ⏤ Open the project menu

On the Projects page, locate the project you want to share. Click the profile icon associated with that project.

Step 2 ⏤ Assign team members

In the pop-up window, type the name of the team member you want to add in the Assign Team Members field.

Step 3 ⏤ Choose a team member

From the names that appear in the drop-down menu, select the team member you wish to invite to the project.

Note: if you don't see the teammate you're looking for, you can invite them by clicking Invite Team Members.

Step 4 ⏤ Review & confirm

After assigning a teammate, review the updated list to ensure the correct user has been added. The updated members and admins will be displayed on the drop-down as well as on the project itself.
