Once you have submitted a Project to StudioSpace and we've approved your brief, the Project will move to Agency Matching. This is when agencies on our Marketplace are matched up to your Project.
If you are an agency, learn what happens when you are shortlisted for a Project.
There are two ways that agencies can be matched to your Project.
Agencies suggested by StudioSpace
As part of our matching process, we provide you with up to 3 hand-picked agencies in "Your Shortlist", viewable in your Agency Shortlist tab.
You can view agency profiles in the same way you can on the Marketplace by clicking on the 
icon to learn more about the agencies we've suggested you.
Adding an agency to your shortlist
You can also add your own agencies to your Project shortlist through the Marketplace.
After clicking on an agency of your choice, click on Shortlist for Project.
Select the Project you can to shortlist the agency for.
Only Projects that are in 
status and don't have an agency selected as a winner will be visible for shortlisting.
This agency will appear in your Agency Shortlist.
Removing agencies from your shortlist
If there's any agencies in your shortlist that you want to remove before sending out your brief, you can remove them by selecting "Remove from shortlist". If they were suggested by StudioSpace, they will be placed below under "Suggested agencies" if you want to add them back in.
Confirming your selection
Once you're happy with your selection, click the button at the bottom called "Confirm Shortlist" and we'll notify the Agencies that they've been shortlisted!
