After you have confirmed your Agency Shortlist, agencies will respond within a maximum of 48 hours whether they would like to proceed and you will receive a notification when an Agency accepts or declines.

Within your project, the tab "Agency Shortlist" will also show you the status of your agency responses:

Once all agencies have accepted, StudioSpace will be in touch to set up up the first Briefing meetings to give the agencies additional detail on the potential Project and an opportunity for you to get a sense of your chemistry with each agency.

If following a Briefing meeting, you would like to replace an Agency, you can do so within your project the tab "Briefing & Proposal Meetings":

Make sure you hit the "Confirm Shortlist" button within the "Agency Shortlist" tab to notify the agency.

Once Proposal meetings have been completed, the "Go to Final Selection" button will open up and you'll be able to provide feedback to all the agencies and pick a winner!
