Resetting your password when logged out

If you can't remember your password or you're struggling to log in, click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.

Enter your email address to receive a one-time password (OTP). This will be sent to your email.

Not receiving OTP?

You may have restrictions on your inbox preventing our emails from delivering. Please check that your inbox has space and that your domain/school allows external emails.

Don't have access to your email address inbox?

Contact us at info@studyclix.ie to change the email address on your account.

Copy the code received to your email, paste it into the 'code' box back on Studyclix and set your new password.

Tip!

You must ensure your password contains at least one number and one capital letter to meet our security requirements.

Resetting your password when logged in

You can also update your password while logged in to your account. You may want to do this to secure your account or for other reasons.

To do this, head to your account settings via your profile picture in the top right:

Click 'Edit' beside the password field.

A window will open confirming your email address. Click 'Send email' to get an OTP (one-time password) to your email.

Check your email inbox to see an email from us with your OTP.

Copy that 6-digit code and paste it under 'Enter the 6-digit code from your email' section as seen below.

Enter your new password and confirm it, ensuring they are the same.

Your new password should be set once you click 'Update'. You can now log in using this new password.
