Connecting Studyclix to VSware

To avail of the MIS integration feature as part of your school's licence, your school's VSware will need to be connected to Studyclix. Here are the steps for making that connection.

Please note: Before completing these steps, ensure that you have been in contact with the Studyclix schools team about availing of this integration and that the Integration Authorisation Form and Data Processing Agreement have been signed by someone in your school. If you are unsure, please contact schools@studyclix.ie.

Any teacher or administrator in your school with access to your VSware API credentials can complete these steps.

Step 1: Find your VSware API Credentials

You'll need your API credentials from VSware to connect with Studyclix. These are found under Admin > Authentication > API Credentials in VSware. Instructions on how to locate these in VSware can be found in this guide.

Step 2: Send to Studyclix

Send your credentials to integrations@studyclix.ie

What happens next?

Once we input the credentials on our side, your school's data will begin to flow from VSware to Studyclix. We will keep you updated on the progress of this. It's possible that we may need to complete some data checks and clean up with you. The data will not be visible to students or teachers to see in Studyclix until you receive confirmation from us that everything is set up and ready to go.
