Credit card payments may be blocked by our system if there are activities that are classified as suspicious associated with the card itself.

If you believe this is an error, try using the card again but first, clear your cookies and cache in your browser. Additionally, it’s best to use our site with Google Chrome and not other browsers.    

It’s also preferable for you to process the payment with a Paypal account. If you don’t have one, it’s fast and easy to create one

If you follow all these steps and you’re still not able to complete your payment, please contact us through Intercom and we’ll gladly investigate the issue.
