If you already selected a tutor to work on your question and do not wish to have it answered, you must inform your tutor to not work on it ASAP. Your tutor will acknowledge your request as a cancellation shortly there after. 

Once your question´s time limit expires, the “Request a refund” option will be available at the bottom of the question. See image below:

It's imperative that you carefully explain the full reason for your cancellation. Our moderation team will process review and process the request accordingly.
