In order to locate any purchases made via our Notebank, you'll need to visit your homepage and click on the “Notebank Unlocks” tab. 

Open the question and scroll through the bottom of the conversation board in order to locate the final answer and/or the attached document.

If you are unsatisfied with the answer, you are eligible for a refund request. To do so, you'll need to scroll down to the bottom of the question, and click on "Request Refund” (see screenshot below)

IMPORTANT: Make sure to fill out all the information properly, and ensure that you provide sufficient evidence and reason.

Please note that Notebanks are intended to be used as study guides/notes, not as material for students to use as their own. Submitting purchased content online as your answer is a form of plagiarism.
