All tutors are responsible for completing the questions they’re assigned to. However, if a student asks for additional requirements that weren’t included in the initial instructions, the tutor has the right to politely decline.

If you don’t accept the additional work, we suggest that you let the student know immediately.

You can suggest to the student that they post their additional requirements as a new question and to invite you if they prefer you to handle it.

If the student requests to cancel the question because you’re unable to fulfill the additional requirements, please refer to cancellation guidelines.

If you have any questions, or need more help with the above information, please reach out to us via Intercom.
