If you are seeing a message stating that your application was denied, then you should see the reason why within that message.
Applications are typically denied for one of the following reasons:
Bad grammar or low quality responses
Not following the writing sample instructions
Fake educational background, or fake information in general
Information copied from the internet (Plagiarism)
Fake picture / fake IP address/location
Spam or links to other sites
Vague information without value
Multiple accounts
