Sharing personal contact information or request contact information from a student is strictly against Studypool Policy and Terms, and will lead to your account being banned. 

As a tutor, you may come across students from time to time that will proactively share their personal information - you will need to report this to our support team ASAP. 

Also, kindly let the student know that it’s against Studypool Policy for the student to share their personal contact information.
