If you’ve been recently suspended, you will not be able to bid on new questions. 

However, tutors are still responsible to complete any active questions. 

It’s your responsibility to complete  any pending questions during the suspended time-frame. Simply not completing pending assignments will lead to more sanctions, and potentially having your account banned.
