You can toggle this feature ON/OFF on page 4/5 when posting a question:

NOTE: All questions under 12 hours will automatically have this feature ON, and cannot be turned OFF. 

If the feature is ON, Studypool will  match the tutor and bid that best fit to answer the question. If you have invited a tutor and have Automatch ON, the invited tutor’s bid will need to match the price and time in order for Studypool  to Auto-match you with that tutor. If the invited tutor does not bid on the question, Studypool will choose the best tutor available for you.
