If your tutor is unresponsive, please contact support via Intercom and report this immediately especially if your deadline is coming up. 

Please note that each tutor will not be in the same time-zone as you, so this could be a reason for their delayed response. If you’re concerned that the tutor will not get back to you for whatever reason, please let us know. We will revise the question conversation, and also reach out to the tutor.
