There can be multiple reasons why your documents were denied. Each time a document is denied, it's labeled with the associated reason.

We generally deny most documents for low quality, duplicates, or content that is not academic.

  • Low Quality - document that do not add academic value, are incomplete, or that cannot be used as study material

  • Duplicates - documents that already exist in our Notebank or that have been previously submitted

Studypool comprehensively vets all documents to make sure they meet all requirements before approving. If we identify consistent documents from a user that do not meet our requirements or go against policy, this can result in the upload privileges being revoked for your account and/or sanctions.

Please note that it is prohibited for users to upload or submit any copyright infringing materials. Such materials include without limitation copies made without the consent of the copyright owner of testing materials, textbooks, instructor’s solution manuals, test banks, lecture notes, slide presentations, or related copyrighted works, in whole or in part.

You can always reach out to our support team if you're unsure about a document, and we can help guide you.
