In order to use manual entry financing in your proposals, you must first add lenders and their loan or lease products to your database. This setup is required — without it, manual financing options won’t be available in proposals. Once added, you can customize terms, rates, and pricing for each lender. To do so, follow the steps below to set up a lender, define its financial products, and enter pricing details.
Step 1: From the main menu, open the “Manage Database” dropdown and click “Lenders”.
Step 2: Click “+ Lenders” in the top right corner.
Step 3: Enter the lender's name and select the finance type: Loan or Lease. Click “Add”.

Step 7: The pricing is now listed in the product details page.
How to Archive Loan Products
When loan product details are updated, the Products tab will display both the new product details and the archived versions. Only the latest products will be available for selection in proposals. Archived products will remain visible in product lists for reference, but will not be selectable in proposals.
Step 1: Open the lender details page and go to the Products section. From the list, click the “View Detail” icon next to the product you want to update.
Step 2: Click “Edit”.
Step 3: Update the loan product details, for example, dealer fee or payment factor. The term and rate cannot be changed. Click “Update”.
Step 4: The updated loan product will appear as a new product in the product list.
Step 5: The previous version of your loan product will now only appear when filtering products by “All” or “Archived”. The date of the product archive is noted in the “Archived At” column.
