How to Add and Edit Proposal Stages?

​Proposal stages in SubcontractorHub help track progress and organize sales activity. You can configure these stages to reflect your team's unique process, making it easier to monitor proposals at every step.


Step 1: From the main menu, open the "Manage Database" dropdown and select "Database".

Step 2: Locate and click on the “Stages” tab on the left-hand side.

Step 3: Click on “Proposal Stages”.

Step 4: Click “Add”.

Note: You can utilise the “Copy from Superadmin” button to add proposal stages directly from the account manager's database. This option is available for all job types.

Step 5: Add the stage name, job type, and a sub-stage if needed.

Click “Save”.

Step 6: You can also click the “Edit” button on the right to edit the stage details.


Step 7: You can also set the chronological order of the stages by dragging and dropping the stages above each other.

Note: Please note that the default proposal stages cannot be edited or added. These stages are predefined to maintain consistency and standardization across all proposals.

Note: The order of proposal sub-stages can be changed by dragging and dropping stages to sort them according to your needs.
