How to Resend Customer to Podio

This article provides a clear, step-by-step process for resending customer data or events to Podio when initial transmissions fail to register. It ensures that critical information—such as credit checks, signed agreements, and welcome calls—is accurately reflected in your system. Follow the steps listed below to resend customers to Podio:

Note: Resending an event/customer to Podio should only be used if initial pushes for creating customer, credit check, signed deal, or welcome call did not show up.

Step 1: From the main menu, go to the “Customers” tab and select the customer you want to qualify with SOLRITE.


Step 2: Click "View Detail" on your proposal card.

Step 3: Click on the “Send Event” button on the top right section of the page.

Step 3: Select the event you want to re-send to Podio from the drop-down list.

Step 4: Click “ Send” to resend to podio.

*You will not be able to send an event if your customer has already moved stages to Closed Won Document Signed or if the customer has signed contracts.
