All transactions of a LightReach (LR) energy plan require a small number of administrative items to be cleared in order to achieve NTP (notice to proceed). These items are referred to as stipulations (or stips) and are required on every sale. Stips are designed to:
Protect the homeowner by verifying their identity and ability to pay
Protect LR and Certified Developers from fraudulent sales
Ensure all payment milestones can be completed in a timely fashion
Homeowners will complete the stip clearing process via their account (accessible via web browser or via app download). Homeowner portal link: https://home.palmetto.com/ .

A | Deeds: Warranty & Quit Claim? | Both types of deeds are acceptable, so long as they reasonably identify the homeowner and installation property in the documents. LR reserves the right to reject any deed types that fall outside of this scope. |
B | Cash, Checks, Credit Card accepted? | No, cash, checks or Credit Card payments are not supported. ACH is the only payment option at this time, LR may offer to expand payment options in the future. |
