How to View LightReach Finance Status in Project

LightReach users can access real-time updates, ensuring informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.


Step 1: From the main menu, open the “Manage Projects” dropdown and click “Projects”. Select your project from the list.


Step 2: Scroll down your project details page to find the "LightReach Finance Status" tab.

Note: A new PTO Greenlight Approval status has been added to the Finance Status section for projects using LightReach. This milestone must be completed before activation can be submitted, ensuring that PTO approval is confirmed and providing an added layer of compliance and project oversight.

Note: A LightReach Clawback warning banner will appear in the project view if 60 days have passed since the installation package was submitted and the activation package has not been initiated. This banner will display a clawback warning along with the number of days remaining until the project enters clawback (which occurs 115 days after installation package submission).

If activation is not approved by Day 115, the job will be considered "Clawed Back." This warning helps project managers stay proactive and avoid delays that could impact financial and operational outcomes.

Note: LightReach milestones have been enhanced to provide greater visibility. For both Install Package and Activation Package, rejected and resubmitted statuses are now supported. Rejection reasons are shown as flags, and a timestamp is displayed when a package is resubmitted, making status tracking clearer and more transparent.
