EnFin Lease offers homeowners a simple way to adopt energy-efficient upgrades without the burden of upfront costs. To ensure a smooth financing process, it’s important to understand the qualification requirements and steps involved. This guide outlines how to qualify customer eligibility, input required details in SubcontractorHub, and submit the application for approval — helping sales teams set the right expectations and move projects forward without delays.
Step 1: Once your finance card is generated click “Finalize.”
Step 2: Now the quote is finalized, and your customer is ready to qualify for Enfin Lease’s financing. Click “Qualify” to qualify your customer.
Note: Clicking “Send Application To Homeowner” sends the qualification form to your customer via email. They can open the link from the email and qualify themselves.
Step 3: Check the acknowledgment box and click “Submit.”
Step 4: A pop-up window will appear with a “Credit Application Created” message. Use the URL below the message to begin the credit approval process.
Step 5: The URL will take you to Enfin Lease’s Credit Application form. Scroll through the page to check your customer details.
Step 6: Scroll down to enter your customer’s credit application information.
Step 7: Check the acknowledgment boxes and click “Submit.”
Step 8: After finishing the credit application, return to SubcontractorHub and click “Sync” in the financing section to view your customer’s credit application status.
Step 9: Once the sync is complete, your customer’s credit approval status will be shown in the finance card. The Qualify button will turn blue, indicating a successful qualification.
