How to Map IGS Solar Equipment

Mapping IGS Solar equipment in SubcontractorHub ensures that your proposals and contracts display accurate product details linked directly to IGS Solar’s financing options. This process connects your internal equipment database with IGS Solar’s approved catalog, helping avoid mismatches, delays, and manual entry errors. In this guide, you’ll learn how to map IGS Solar equipment so your sales team can create compliant and accurate proposals effortlessly.

Step 1: From the main menu, open the “Manage Integrations” dropdown and click “Integrations”.


Step 2: Select "Financing Partners", locate the integration card titled "IGS Solar" and click “Connect”.

Step 3: Enter your Base URL and API Key ( The Auto Taken will be provided by the Account Manager or contact IGS Solar to get your Organization's integration details). Click “Verify and connect”.

Step 4: Your organization can now utilize the benefits of having IGS Solar as your financing partner.

Step 5: Go to “Manage Database”.

Step 6: Click “Database”.

Step 7: Go to “Solar System” to map the equipment one by one.

Step 8: Click “Panels” to map the panels to IGS Solar.

Step 9: Click “Map fields”.

Step 10: Enter your IGS panel data.

Step 11: Once done, click “Map Data”.

Step 12: Next, go to “Inverters” to map them to IGS Solar.

Step 13: Click “Map fields”.

Step 14: Enter your IGS Inverter Data.

Step 15: Once done, click “Map Data”.

Step 16: Now, go to “Manufacturers” and select "Racking Manufacturers".

Step 17: Click “Map fields”.

Step 18: Select the IGS Rackings from the dropdown.

Step 19: Once done, click “Map Data”.

Now you have mapped all the necessary equipment to IGS Solar.
