How to Adjust Customer Information

Keeping customer details accurate is essential for smooth proposal generation and follow-ups. SubcontractorHub makes it easy to update customer information directly within a proposal. Whether you're correcting a typo, updating contact details, or adjusting address information, follow the steps below to make edits seamlessly.

Step 1: From the main menu, go to the “Customers” tab.


Step 2: Click “Proposals” within the “Actions” section.


Step 3: Locate and click on the “Customer Information” bar.


Step 4: Click on the "Edit" icon.


Step 5: Make the required edits, then click “Update”.

Updating Customer Information Inside the Proposal

Step 1: Click “View Detail” on the proposal card.

Step 2: Click the “Customer Info” tab on the left.

Step 3: Click the “Edit” icon.

Step 4: After the edits are complete, click "Save”.
