The Task Module in SubcontractorHub's Leads section allows you to assign and manage tasks tied to individual leads, just like you can with project tasks. This helps your team stay organized and follow up consistently throughout the sales process. Whether you're creating a task for a new lead or managing tasks for existing ones, this module makes it easy to track progress, set priorities, and send reminders.
Follow the steps below to create, manage, and update lead-specific tasks.
Step 1: Locate “Leads” from the main menu and click on the “Add Lead” button in the top right corner.
Step 2: Fill out the lead details and click “Create Lead”.
Step 3: Click “Task List” on your lead detail page.
You can also add tasks to your pre-existing leads by simply selecting your lead from the Leads page.
Step 4: Locate “Leads” from the Main Menu and select your lead.
Step 5: Click “Task List” on your lead detail page.
Step 6: Click “Add Task” on the right-hand side of the task list page.
Step 7: Add the subject of your task, the assignee can be selected based on users, roles, or even multi-users. Select the User, priority (high, medium, or low) and add the due date and time. To send a reminder notification for the task, check the “Send Reminder” box and choose when to send the reminder. Then click “Save”.
Step 8: You can view the details of the task by clicking on the “Subject”.
Step 9: Click “Edit” in the top right corner to edit or update the task.
Step 10: Update the status, assignee, and priority, then click “Update”.
You can also view your Lead Task List by finding Tasks on the SubcontractorHub main menu.
Step 11: Locate "Tasks" on the main menu.
Step 12: Select "Leads" from the “Filter By Module” option.
Step 13: You can view your task list for all leads and click on the subject to view the task details.
Step 14: Update your task details and click “Update”.
