Sync Stages with Customer Portal

Your project stages can be automatically synced with the Customer Portal to keep customers informed of real-time progress. This ensures transparency and keeps everyone updated. Here’s how to set it up.

Step 1: Locate “Manage Database” and click "Database" on the main menu

Step 2: Select Stages from the list on the left within the Database to sync your stages

Step 3: Select the type of job-based on the solar, battery, or roof

Step 4: After selecting your job type, Enable or Disable individual stages by clicking on the "Enabled/Disabled" button. Use the edit button or the "pen-shaped button" to edit the stage visibility

Step 5: You can synchronize the stage for your customer portal by enabling or disabling the "Is Visible to Customer" option. Confirm your selection and click on the "Update" button


REMINDER: Don't forget to put in your description of that stage and a Video URL of the walkthrough (what a customer should expect) if you have one.

Step 6: Your customer portal is now synced with all your desired project stages.
