How to Activate Permission for the Referral/Ambassador Program?

Know how to activate and configure the Referral or Ambassador Program in SubcontractorHub. By enabling this setting, organizations can allow customers to refer leads through their customer portal. Once the permission is turned on and a reward amount is defined for each Closed Won referral, the program becomes active, automating lead capture, tracking, and reward distribution for customer- submitted referrals.

Step 1: Click on “Hi, Username” in the top right corner and select "Settings”.

Step 2: Click on “Referral Settings

Step 3: Click on the “Edit” button on the far right.

Step 4: Turn on the permission toggle and add your “Reward Amount per Closed Won Proposal” Click "Update" to activate your referral program

Step 5: Now you have activated your referral program for customers via the customer portal.
