After connecting with Aurora, the Aurora user must be mapped for the design tool to work. Follow the steps below to map a user.
Step 1: Locate and click on the “Aurora Users” tab on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Click “Sync All”.
Step 3: Locate your Aurora user and click the “Map” button.
Step 4: Select the correct SubcontractorHub user from the “Select Designer” dropdown, and select the Aurora partner from the “Select Partner” dropdown. Click “Update”. Once mapped, the Aurora designer will be able to receive design requests. The partner details will pull automatically into the proposal upon selecting the designer.
