How to Order Service Type from Service Management in Completed Projects

Service types appear under the “Service Maintenance” section of completed projects. These allow you to define the types of services that can be requested for maintenance or follow-up work after a project is completed.

Here’s how you can order service types:

Step 1: Go to “Projects” under the “Manage Projects” tab.

Step 2: Navigate to your completed project and open it.

Step 3: Click “Service Maintenance” tab.

Step 4: To order a service type, click “+Add”.

Step 5: Select the “Service Type” from the drop down and add the description.

Step 6: Next, update the “Status”, upload images, select the assignee, and schedule the date for the service.

Step 7: Click “Save”.

Note: Once the service is scheduled, the assignee and the customer will be notified about the same via mail.

Step 8: You can view the details under the “Service Management” section.
