How To Integrate Elios

Updated yesterday

Integrating Elios Finance with SubcontractorHub allows users to offer flexible financing options directly within their proposals. This guide provides an overview of how to set up the integration and streamline financing workflows for solar projects.

Follow the steps below to integrate Elios Finance

Step 1: From the main menu, open the “Manage Integrations” dropdown menu and select “Integrations”.

Step 2: From the list of integrations, select the “Financing Partners” category.

Step 3: Locate the Elios Finance integration card and click “Connect”.

Step 4: Enter the Base URL, Auth Username, Auth Token, Username and Password, then click "Verify and Connect."

Step 5: Once connected, users can finance proposals using Elios. The financing card will look like the example below. Click “Disconnect” to disconnect Elios financing. Click “Reconnect” to reconnect Elios financing.

Note: When setting up or editing a finance integration for Elios, you’ll now see an “Available” checkbox. This controls whether the finance partner is accessible in new proposals:

  • If checked, the finance partner will appear in both new proposals and change orders.

  • If left unchecked, the partner will only be available for change order proposals and will not appear in new proposals.

This gives you more control over how and where financing options are presented, helping streamline your workflow and prevent confusion during proposal setup.

Note: After integration, you can map Elios to Panels, Inverters, and Batteries within the Solar System Database.
