To send an offer to an installer, you’ll use the project dashboard to select installation details and finalize your offer. With just a few clicks, you can streamline your bidding process and ensure the right installer receives your proposal. Follow the steps below to send an offer for a battery project to an installer.
Step 1: Locate “Manage Projects” and click “Projects” from the main menu. Filter projects with the “Battery” filter for better visibility. Select your project.
Step 2: Click the “SCH Send An Offer” button on the top right corner of your project details page.
Step 3: Select the installer in the “Offer To” dropdown, enter the offer amount, and installation completion date. Select the equipment and adders, if applicable. Click “Send”.
Step 4: A message will appear at the top of the project page confirming that the offer has been sent.
The Installer can then accept or reject the offer from the project page within their organization.
