The Project Completion Certificate must be signed before an eligible project can move to the Completed stage. The certificate signing option is available directly from the project details page for supported job types, including Roofing, HVAC, Generator, Water Purification, and Home Improvement. Once signed, the completed certificate is automatically stored within the project.
Note: If the Project Completion Certificate has not been signed, the system will prevent the project from moving to the Completed stage.
Steps to Use the Project Certificate of Completion
Step 1: Open the project you want to complete.
Step 2: Click “Project Completion Certificate Sign” from the project details page to open and sign the certificate.
Step 3: Select one of the signing options.
Step 4: Open the URL in a new tab.
Step 5: Click “Start”.
Step 6: Click “Sign”.
Step 7: Enter the Full Name, Initials, and click “Adopt And Sign”.
Step 8: Click “Submit”.
Step 9: Once signed, the certificate is automatically added to the Attachments tab of the project.
