SubcontractorHub offers a generator load and fuel cost calculator, accessible in the proposal builder, as well as the public proposal. Follow the steps below to use this feature.
Step 1: Scroll down to the Generator Details section of your proposal and select a generator.
Step 2: Click “Calculate Load”.
Step 3: Enter the customer’s estimated energy consumption in kW.
Step 4: Scroll down and click “Save” to avoid having to re-enter data when opening the calculator.
The calculator provides detailed information, including recommended generator size, generator performance overview, estimated annual fuel consumption, annual cost comparison, efficiency degradation and estimated environmental impact.
The calculator can be accessed in the public proposal by clicking “Calculate Load” on the Generator Details page.
