The Dividend funding milestones are available for projects financed by Dividend. The project manager can apply for the approval of funding milestones using this feature. All three funding milestones under Dividend require approval. This ensures fast and structured capital flow that keeps projects on track.
However, for solar jobs, system design submission and approval are mandatory to request funding milestones approvals.
Follow the steps below to get approval for the Dividend funding milestones.
Step 1: Click “Manage Projects” and select “Projects” from the drop-down.
Step 2: Select the project you’re funding with Dividend from the list.
Step 3: On the project details page, scroll down to find “Dividend Finance Status” bar and click to expand it.
Step 4: You will be able to view the milestone statuses. Select the milestone to approve and click the “Milestone Approval Request” button. All three milestones require approval.
Note: For milestone approval in solar projects, system design submission is compulsory before proceeding with milestone approval requests. This can be done by clicking the “Submit System Design” button.
Step 5: Once the milestone is approved, the status will be displayed next to the “Milestone Approval Request” button. Dividend must approve the current milestone before you can submit a request for the next one.
