If a project is financed through Seamless Energy, then the Seamless Energy fields must be mapped to your organization before a BOM can be created for the project. This setup ensures the required data is available in the correct format, helping teams avoid errors and move projects forward without delays.
Follow the steps below to map the fields of any stage from Seamless Energy to your organization.
Step 1: From the main menu, go to “Manage Database” and select “Database” from the dropdown.
Step 2: Under "Stages", click “SE Fields Mapping” and select the desired job type from the dropdown. For this example, we have chosen "Solar".
Step 3: Scroll down to find the stage inputs. Your current organization’s stage inputs will appear on the left side, and the Seamless Energy organization’s stage inputs will appear on the right.
Step 4: Click the dropdown under Seamless Energy and select the stage input where you want to map the fields.
Step 5: Click “Save” to finalize the changes. The mapped stage inputs will appear in your organization’s project details page.
