The Automations page includes a “Filter By Action” option, allowing you to quickly find automations based on specific actions such as sending emails, sending SMS, updating fields, or scheduling appointments.
This filter helps you narrow down automation workflows and locate relevant configurations more efficiently.
Follow the steps below to filter automations by action.
Step 1: Click “Manage Database” from the main menu, then select “Database.”
Step 2: Click “Additional,” then select “Automations.”
Step 3: Click the “Filter By Action” dropdown.
Step 4: Select the action you want to filter by (e.g., Send Email, Send SMS, Update Fields, If/Else, Schedule Appointment).
Note: The automation list will automatically update based on the selected action filter.
