You can temporarily disable the email ID used for one organization and use the same email for another organization with this feature. It preserves the basic information associated with the email address and lets you reuse it as needed. This provides greater flexibility, prevents unnecessary data loss, and makes it easier for users to transition between organizations without having to recreate their profile from scratch.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: From the main menu, click “Users and Roles” and select “Users” from the dropdown.

Step 2: Select the preferred user from the list and click the “Edit” icon.

Step 3: Click “Disabled” from the list.

Step 4: Once disabled, click the “View Detail” icon.

Step 5: Click “Delete”.

Step 6: You will receive a notification asking whether you want to delete the user. Click “Yes”.
