π₯ Step 1: Get the Template
From the Products page, click the "Import Excel" button.
A new window will open. Click the "Download Template" button to download the correctly formatted Excel file.
βοΈ Step 2: Fill Out the Template
Open the downloaded file in Excel or any compatible spreadsheet program. Each row in the spreadsheet represents one product.
Pay close attention to the following columns:
Required Fields (*): Any column with an asterisk (
*) is required. These includeTitle,Description,Part Numbers,Quantity,Unit, andManufacturer.Part Numbers (Column C): If a product has multiple part numbers, you must separate them with a dash (
-).Example:
ABC-100-XYZ
Unit (Column E): This field must exactly match one of the following allowed values:
FT(Feet)EA(Each)LOT(Lot)IN(Inches)CM(Centimeters)M(Meters)FT2(Square Feet)
Groups (Column G): To assign a product to multiple groups, separate the group names with a comma (
,).Example:
Indoor,Lighting,LED
Cut Sheet Path (Column H): This field must be a direct URL (a web link) to a PDF file. The system will use this link to download the PDF and attach it to your product.
Example:

β¬οΈ Step 3: Upload the File
Save your completed Excel template.
Return to the "Import Data from Excel" window in the app.
Drag and drop your saved file onto the upload area, or click the area to browse and select your file.
The system will process the file and import all the products listed in your spreadsheet. You will be notified if there are any errors.
