Navigating the App
Sidebar Layout
The left sidebar is your main navigation. It is divided into two sections:
Main Section
Dashboard — overview of project metrics and quick actions.
Products — your product catalog for the active project.
Submittals — create, upload, and manage submittals.
Submittal Review — review submittals, generate reports, compare to specs.
Documents — project specifications, drawings, and certifications.
Reports — specification comparison reports and analysis history.
Tools Section
Import Products — bulk import products from PDFs, spreadsheets, or OneDrive using AI extraction.
Cutsheet Search — search the web for product datasheets and cutsheets.
Drawing Analysis — upload architectural drawings and use AI to extract fixture schedules.
Procurement — manage quotes, proposals, purchase orders, and procurement tracking.
Agent — email client with Microsoft Outlook integration and AI-assisted replies.
Settings — account profile, billing, notifications, and security.
Project Switcher
At the top of the sidebar, above the navigation links, you will find the project switcher. Click it to change your active project or create a new one.
