Dashboard
What it does
The Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your active project. It shows key metrics and provides quick actions so you can jump into common tasks without navigating through menus.
What you will see
Stats Cards
Four cards at the top show real-time counts for the active project:
Total Products — number of products in your catalog.
Total Submittals — number of submittals created.
Approved — submittals that have been approved.
Pending Review — submittals waiting for review.
Quick Actions
Four shortcut buttons let you jump directly to common workflows:
Import Spec Sheet — go to the Import Products page to extract products from a PDF.
Search Cutsheets — open the Cutsheet Search tool.
Analyze Drawing — go to Drawing Analysis to extract fixtures from a drawing.
Generate Report — create a submittal report.
Procurement Metrics
If you have procurement data, additional cards show quote statistics, recent quotes, purchase order stats, and recent POs with status badges.
Recent Submittals
A list of the 5 most recent submittals with their status indicators. Click "View All" to go to the full Submittals page.
